Have something else on your mind? Call (254) 870-8225. We’ll talk it through.

What types of pest control do you provide?

Mango Mango helps with ants, cockroaches, termites, mosquitoes, fleas and ticks, silverfish, rodents and wasps. We provide residential and commercial service, starting with an inspection so we can recommend a plan for the pest and the property.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Waco, Temple, Belton, Killeen and surrounding Central Texas communities, including Woodway, Hewitt, Robinson, Lorena, McGregor, China Spring, Bosqueville and Harker Heights. Share your address with us to confirm availability.

Do you offer free inspections?

Yes. Request a free inspection and we’ll take a look at the activity you’re seeing, check for contributing conditions and explain your options. It’s a practical first step toward a plan for your property.

Do you treat both homes and businesses?

We do. A home, office, shop or other commercial property has its own routines and needs. We consider how the space is used and discuss scheduling that works with your household or business.

Do you use Eco-Friendly or conventional pest-control products?

Both, depending on the situation. We choose eco-friendly products where they’re appropriate and use conventional products when needed to address the pest problem.

The pest, treatment location and property conditions guide that decision. We explain the plan and apply products according to their labels and directions.

Are your treatments mindful of children and pets?

We plan service with the people and animals using your property in mind. Tell us about children, pets and any concerns before treatment. We’ll explain the preparation, access restrictions and other precautions that apply to your service.

Do you have to spray inside my home?

Not necessarily. Some problems call for exterior treatment or improvements around entry points. Others need attention inside. We’ll inspect first and explain any recommended indoor application, including where it will go and why.

Does “Eco-Friendly” mean a product is completely harmless?

Eco-friendly products still require proper handling and precautions. We select products for the situation, follow their label directions and explain what you need to do before and after service. Please follow those instructions for both Eco-Friendly and conventional treatments.

How do you decide which treatment to use?

We start with what we find: the pest, its activity, the places it’s using and the conditions around your property. That lets us choose methods that fit the problem and focus work in the areas that need attention.

Do I need to prepare my home before treatment?

Sometimes. Depending on the service, we may ask you to clear access, put away food or move pet bowls and belongings from a treatment area. Mango Mango will give you specific instructions when preparation is needed.

Do I need to leave during treatment?

It depends on the service and products involved. We’ll tell you whether people or pets need to stay out of any area and when it can be used again. Follow the instructions provided for your appointment.

How long does a pest-control appointment take?

Timing depends on the property, the pest and the amount of work needed. A localized issue may take less time than a detailed termite or rodent inspection. Once we know more about your situation, we can explain what to expect.

Will I see pests after my service?

You may. Some pests remain active for a time after treatment, and hidden populations can take longer to address. We’ll explain the expected response for your particular problem and when continued activity warrants a call or follow-up.

How quickly will the treatment work?

There isn’t one timeline for every pest. The method, species and extent of activity all matter. We’ll discuss expected progress and any follow-up needed to address hidden nests, colonies or developing pests.

Will rain affect my exterior treatment?

Weather can affect some applications. We consider the product directions and conditions at your property, and we’ll adjust or reschedule when rain, wind or other weather would interfere with service.

Will one treatment solve the problem?

Sometimes, but some pests need more than one visit. We’ll recommend a level of service based on the inspection, explain why follow-up may be useful and discuss conditions you can address to support the treatment.

Why do pests sometimes return?

Food, moisture, shelter and openings can keep attracting pests. Seasonal activity and nearby populations can also bring new visitors. Mango Mango looks for those conditions alongside active pests and shares practical ways to make your property less inviting.

How often should my property be treated?

That depends on what you’re dealing with and the conditions around your property. You may need help with one specific issue or benefit from ongoing service. We’ll recommend a schedule that fits and explain the reasons behind it.

What happens during an inspection?

We ask about what you’ve noticed, look for pest activity and inspect relevant accessible areas inside or outside. We check hiding places, possible entry points and conditions such as moisture. Then we explain the findings and recommend next steps.

Do you offer a discount for new customers?

New customers can save $65 on their first service. Ask Mango Mango about qualifying services and offer details when you schedule your inspection.
